“My father lived at Settlers’ Trail for about 2 ½ years. The apartment offered all the conveniences that he needed including cable TV (he could watch all his sports), individual control for heat and air conditioning, a bathroom that accommodated his disability, a kitchen that allowed him to cook, and he could care for himself. He appreciated the heated garage, elevator, apartment manager, and the maintenance and housekeepers. The staff were all excellent. The best part was the sense of community between both the residents and the staff. It is a special place for all who reside or work there.”
